Fly-Fishing isn't just a sport...it's my life. It's my aim to make sure you have a memorable fishing experience. I specialise in stalking trout and also night fishing. If you don't have much experience in casting I can teach you to cast as part of our trip. Although you should allow a couple of days to practice. When fishing with me you have a few options.
1. Stalking trout in rivers around Canterbury
2. Stalking trout along the lake edges of Canterbury
3. Try your hand at harling flies off my boat on some local lakes
Depending on the month that you want to go fishing, you may be able to have a go at Sea-Run Trout fishing. You can also experience some "inner city" fishing on streams within 10 minutes drive from the airport. This will give you the chance to learn some local spots and how to fish them effectively. This allows you to fish independantly if you so choose.
