It's been a fairly hectic month with earthquakes putting the fishing on hold for me at the moment.
I have had some excellent reports of fish being taken in some of our High Country Lakes. This has however been mainly night fishing. Luckily the snow has kept away for the moment. Hopefully it will stay away longer for when I get out. This season's Salmon fishing has been a excellent season for me with four fish landed and none lost. The weights ranged from 12 pounds through to 19.5. Not bad considering we have had a new addition to our wee family.
